SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

 - Exchange Policy -

Ricky King does not offer refunds on orders. However, we will exchange items for a different size in the same product, or another item of equal or lesser value. Unworn, undamaged items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return postage, except in cases where the merchandise arrives damaged. 
Email rickykingclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving order to request exchange. Include your order number and “Exchange” in the subject line.
- Production Time & Shipping -

Ricky King products are made to order and hand-crafted. As such, all orders are subject to a production time of up to 3 weeks. If you have concerns about an order or production time, please email rickykingclothing@gmail.com and we will answer any questions you may have.

All orders are shipped and tracked via USPS. Shipping charges will be applied at checkout, and are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

 

 

- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS -

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis depending on the import/duties laws in your region and the size of your order. To inquire about placing an international order, email us at info@rickykingclothing.com with the product(s) you are interested in as well as your full delivery information. We will get back to you ASAP once we determine whether we can ship to your region and the cost. You will be provided an invoice and the order will go into production once it is paid.
