- Shipping -
Ready-to-wear items ship within 2-3 days after ordering.
Products made-to-order in house are subject to a 2-4 week production time. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
Check item descriptions to see whether it is ready-to-wear or made-to-order.
- Exchange Policy -
We do not offer refunds on orders. However, we will exchange items for a different size of the same product, or another item of equal or lesser value.
Unworn, undamaged items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Please use original packaging to return orders.
In cases where an item arrives damaged or flawed, we will replace it. Email us with your order number and the issue with the garment.
Email taylorross@rickyjeans.com within 7 days of receiving order to request exchange. Include your order number and “Exchange” in the subject line, and we will create a return shipping label for you to use.

- International Shipping -
It is the responsibility of the customer to know the shipping/import regulations in your area. All taxes/duties incurred are also the responsibility of the customer.
